Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance, at a cadence we agree on, based on your goals, treatment needs, and our mutual availability. Each appointment will be paid through by debit, credit card, or ACH transfer.
You may cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of $67.50.
No-Show Fee: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a fee of $135, equivalent to the total session cost, and the session will have to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling Conditions: All outstanding fees must be settled before scheduling a new appointment.
